The nursing staff as a whole could be better regarding dressing techniques, answering the buzzer and the needs of the patients from what I saw. The manner and attitudes of the nurses could also be better.
Members of staff were very supportive. Patients were friendly most of the time and the doctors were very good. All the students were great and would make good nurses. Good bless us all
The care received was first class.
However, I have to say that the administration process was chaotic especially the discharge procedure. This cannot help with the already stretched NHS.
I feel that staff looking at oxyhealth all day is not nursing how it used to be. It's less personal. We are always being told we are short staffed.
The staff are very good at their jobs.
All the staff were helpful and friendly, The aftercare was very good I hade physio and that all went well, very well organised.
Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, polite and respectful towards me. They really transform bad situations into much more manageable ones. But more than this, they make you feel like family for however long you stay.
I was a patient
I have struggled today as always the nurses been there for me and helped me after having a fall (thank you Ansley and Hafiz especially).
